Wahmy Burger | Multi-Branch Restaurant Design & Fit-Out in Egypt

As a restaurant brand expands, each new location needs to carry its identity through the details of the finished space.

IWAN Construction provided design and build services for 13 Wahmy Burger branches across Egypt, covering more than 1,500 m². With different site sizes and requirements, the project called for consistent finishes and detailing across multiple locations.

The scope extended from planning and site preparation to architectural and interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, bespoke joinery, lighting design, signage and brand elements. These disciplines were coordinated under an integrated design and build scope through to handover.

Wahmy Burger demonstrates IWAN’s experience in restaurant chain fit-out: managing the details of individual sites while maintaining a consistent standard of execution across the wider project.
