B.Laban

One brand identity, carried through every branch with consistent attention to detail.

IWAN Construction delivered design and build services for 17 B.Laban branches across Egypt, covering more than 1,800 m². Our approach translated the brand’s identity into cohesive interiors, responding to the requirements of each location while maintaining continuity across the branches.

The scope included interior design, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, bespoke joinery, furniture installation, lighting and signage. From design through handover, IWAN managed delivery and coordination across disciplines, connecting the design intent with the details of its execution.
